Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. For select destinations, a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is available at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email. Re-shipment will be arranged at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after this window as orders may already be in fulfillment.
